BeauDamian (Beau D. Schaepman) is a Dutch composer based in Tokyo, working across anime, film, and game music. Specializing in cinematic orchestration and modern electronic production, his work has reached global audiences through some of the world’s most influential entertainment franchises.

His recent credits include music for Teamfight Tactics, a spin-off of the global phenomenon League of Legends, as well as the major crossover project FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves × Street Fighter. He has also contributed to internationally acclaimed anime such as Tower of God Season 2 (Crunchyroll) and Netflix’s Blue Box, alongside official Pokémon productions including Pokémon: Paldean Winds and the global campaign Pokémon Scarlet & Violet × Shiny Rayquaza.

Operating from Tokyo, BeauDamian is actively involved in Japan’s top-tier music industry, contributing to productions for major broadcasters such as TBS, MBS, NHK, and Asahi TV, with credits including Eye Love You, Hatsukoi Dogs, Laughing Matryoshka, Borderless, and the feature film 女神降臨 Before × After. In addition to his work in film and television, he has composed for global commercial campaigns, collaborating with internationally recognized brands such as Sony, Shiseido, Nescafé, and LUX.

Beyond his work as a composer, he is also active as an arranger, orchestrator, and sound designer, collaborating with leading composers on high-end productions and concert works such as Made in Abyss.

Before transitioning into film scoring, BeauDamian built an international career as a DJ and producer, performing at major global events and venues including SXSW, Amsterdam Dance Event, Bootshaus, and WOMB. He later refined his craft at Berklee College of Music, where he earned a Master of Music in Scoring for Film, Television, and Video Games in 2022.

His path into music was anything but conventional; before pursuing his career in music, he was a semi-professional football player in the Netherlands and a member of the Dutch national youth team.
